This survey is meant to those Finnish researchers whose research is closely related to glycosciences and also to those people who are otherwise interested in glycoresearch.
The most important goal of this survey is to give information about whether or not it is important to establish a glyco subdivision (e.g. to the Biobio-society). Is there a need for a formal supporting organization for the glycoresearch in Finland. We will also map what type of support glycorelated research needs in Finland. The results of this survey will be discussed at the Biobio society's board meeting and they will be forwarded
to e.g. TEKES. The results will also be made public at these glyco web pages.
